The Pronoia crew, its ranks swelled with newly-minted residents (see lineup below), gets the call for a Saturday night party at Shine.

The catch: It's on January 5th -- four days after a massive semi truck with a big "2008" on the side of it mowed down most of San Francisco's dance scene.

Not to mention that a series of bad storms is now rumbling through the area. But we have faith in you! This will be a great night you won't want to miss, for a good cause.

Bring a buck to get in. We'll bring pennies for change. You bring dancing shoes. We'll bring sick tracks. You bring a can of food (or two) to help some families in need, via the San Francisco Food Bank. We'll bring one for the same reason. Yes, your dollars also go to charity... we'll accept any amount! See ya there.
